It depends on square footage, how many bathrooms you have, and how often we come. We aim to price at or a little below what you'd typically pay elsewhere in the Valley for the same job, quoted flat rather than hourly, so a slow day for us is not an expensive one for you. Seniors and people with disabilities get a discount, just mention it when you reach out. You see the number before you book.
No. Most people give us a door code or leave a key in a lockbox and go to work. Everyone on the team is background checked. If you would rather be there for the first visit and meet the cleaners, that is fine too.
We bring standard professional products, the ones that cut hard water and soap scum. If you want fragrance free or plant based instead, tell us when you book and we will bring those at no extra charge. You can also leave out whatever you already use and we will work with that.
Usually, yes. Most homes keep the same cleaner or team from one visit to the next, since that's how they get to know your place and move faster. If your regular person is out sick or on vacation, we send someone else and let you know ahead of time.
Text us 24 hours ahead and we will move it for free. Inside 24 hours we charge half the visit, because the crew has already blocked the day.
