The upkeep visit. Two cleaners work the whole house top to bottom, and in a normally lived-in three bedroom it runs about two and a half hours.

Most households book every other week. There is no contract, so you can move a visit, skip one, or stop whenever you want.

Everything in a standard visit plus the build-up a weekly clean never gets to. It takes roughly twice as long, so plan on most of a morning.

If a house has not been cleaned in six months or more, we will usually suggest starting here and then dropping to a standard visit after.

Priced by square footage like the rest. Tell us the closing or handover date and we will work backward from it.

    Glass, tracks and sills on anything reachable from a two step ladder. No exterior or second story.

    Laundry

    One load washed, dried and folded while we work. Leave it in the basket and we will start it first.

    Unscented or plant-based products

    If anyone in the house would rather we skip the fragrance, we will bring the unscented kit.

    Pet areas

    Crates, feeding corners, and the hair that ends up in the baseboards.
